Approved users can access these tools using any internet-connected computer. The tools are available for use for ethically approved projects by researchers based at BioGrid member and collaborator organisations. Access to these tools is included in membership of the BioGrid Collaboration.
For users unfamiliar with these tools, BioGrid offers SAS user training, which can be conducted in person or via web meeting. BioGrid can also provide data linking, querying and analysis services for your project.
SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG) is a powerful, easy to use application with comprehensive statistical, graphical and data management capabilities, all without requiring any coding knowledge. BioGrid Australia provides
SAS EG to approved users so they can access linked data and perform analyses.
SAS Visual Analytics (SAS VA) provides a modern, integrated environment for governed discovery and exploration. Users, including those without advanced analytical skills, can examine and understand patterns, trends and relationships in data.
It’s easy to create and share reports and dashboards that monitor performance. Easy-to-use analytics and visualisations help everyone get insights from data to better solve complex problems.
