TRACC Clinical Registry

What is the TRACC Clinical Registry?

Designed in partnership with oncology healthcare professionals, the TRACC Clinical Registry is a web based application designed for the collection and management of information relating to the diagnosis, treatment and outcomes of patients with advanced colorectal cancer. This clinical registry is used to support research into the Treatment of Recurrent and Advanced Colorectal Cancer (TRACC). The TRACC project commenced in 2009 and has since collected data from over 1800 patients from 16 participating institutions across Australia.

The TRACC Clinical Registry enables the collection of a comprehensive dataset, including:

  • Demographic Details
  • Diagnosis
  • Systemic Therapy
  • Toxicities
  • Adverse Events (SAE/AESI)
  • Disease Progression
  • Surgical Management

The database has also been designed to connect to the BioGrid Australia data linkage platform, enabling data to be used for approved collaborative clinical audit and research projects.
